What We Offer

Comprehensive hospice care tailored to your family's needs

Our team provides a full spectrum of hospice services designed to support patients and their loved ones with physical, emotional, and spiritual care.

Inpatient Hospice Care

Temporary room-and-board care in an approved inpatient facility when symptom management requires a higher level of care than can be provided at home.

Continuous Home Care

Intensive nursing care provided at home during periods of crisis to maintain comfort and prevent hospitalization, available around the clock.

General Inpatient Care

Medicare-certified care for patients needing management of acute symptoms or treatment adjustments that cannot be safely managed at home.

Bereavement Support

Grief counseling and support resources for families and caregivers, continuing for at least 12 months following a patient's passing.

Medication Management

Prescription drugs for symptom control and pain relief are covered through our hospice benefit, managed carefully by our nursing team.

Social & Spiritual Support

Licensed social workers and chaplains provide emotional and spiritual counseling to patients and families, respecting all beliefs and traditions.

Traditions Health Hospice was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that every person deserves to face the end of life with peace, dignity, and the unwavering support of a caring team.

Based in Las Vegas, we serve patients and families throughout Southern Nevada with personalized hospice and palliative care programs. Our interdisciplinary team — including nurses, physicians, social workers, chaplains, and trained volunteers — works together to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each patient.
